When should we book by?
I recommend booking day-of coordinating at least 2-3 months in advance, so I can gather all of the details from your vendors and provide an accurate timeline for the event.
For pre-wedding planning, I highly recommend booking about a year in advance, or at least 9 months in advance, because there are many vendors that need booked well before your wedding date. Please contact me for any questions or concerns you have about your timeframe.
Do you help set-up and clean-up?
I will assist with setting up decorations if needed. Please check with the venue and/or hired vendors about tables, chairs, and other large furniture pieces. I may charge an additional set-up fee depending on the space and labor. I do not assist with clean-up.
We started planning but now we need help, fast! Can we still use your services?
I understand that sometimes couples might decide to book a planner later in the process when they realize they need additional help. I am happy to assist with last-minute planning if it is in both of our best interests. I ask that you be understanding that planning in a short amount of time can be risky, and not all vendors will have last-minute availability. Please schedule a consultation with me.
When are payments due? Do you offer payment plans?
Deposits are due when the contract is signed. I have found that payment plans/installments work great for both the clients and myself. The duration of payment plans depend on the service(s) you book and when your event date is. It is best to discuss this more in depth when booking since there are many variables.
What does a consultation consist of and how much does it cost?
Consultations are always free! We will meet in person or have a phone call to discuss the vision for your wedding and what you are needing. I will ask for important details such as your date, guest count, location, and other relevant questions depending on the service you are interested in.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! If you book more than one planning/coordinating service, you will receive a 10% discount. Choose at least two of the following services to receive the discount: pre-wedding planning, day-of coordinating (ceremony and/or reception), bridal shower, bachelor party, and bachelorette party.

What is the next step after our consultation?
After our consultation is over, I will create a quote based on your needs. You can discuss your options with your partner and let me know if you would like to move forward in the booking process. Planning will not start until the contract has been signed and the deposit has been made.
How do we pay for booked services?
You will pay your vendors (venue, caterer, DJ, etc.) directly through whichever payment processor they use. Payments to your vendors do not go through me. For my services, you may pay me through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Cash App. I am actively researching and comparing optimal payment portals that I may use in the future to manage my invoices and payments.
