If you're the type of person that needs to be in control, I totally get you! I understand that some couples do not need help with every detail of the planning process, but I offer a variety of tasks that can make your life a little less stressful. We can also alter different services to fit your needs.

Wedding Day Coordinating

*Must book by 2 months prior to wedding day. Prices vary depending on wedding size, location, and estimated working hours.*

We will meet and discuss your expectations and vision for your wedding day. I will generate a timeline the summarizes the events for the day and will keep everything on track. I ask that you provide the contact info for the vendors, and any details that I need in order to provide smooth deliveries and transitions. With day-of coordinating, I will also oversee and instruct your wedding parties prior to and during the wedding processional. This service includes attending a rehearsal prior to the wedding.

Custom Timeline

$35 for both wedding planning timeline (up to 1 year of deadlines) and day-of timeline

With this service, you will receive a PDF of your own wedding planning timeline that is catered to your plans and expected wedding date. The timeline will show a breakdown of where you should be at in the planning process by each month leading up to your wedding day. You will also receive a timeline for the rehearsal and day-of timeline that outlines vendor arrival and set-up times, ceremony and reception times, and other details throughout the day.

*We will have one consultation up front, and we can have additional consultations and communications as your date approaches, to ensure the day-of timeline is accurate.

Wedding Planning

This service does not include day-of coordinating. Pricing varies depending on size and location of wedding, or any specific requests you may have. Pricing starts at 10% of your budget (pricing plans are available!) Please contact me for a consultation.
